Join us for the first ever national convention of the Caucus of Rank-and-file Electrical Workers!
CREW members from all over the country are coming together in Austin, TX, for a weekend of sharing skills and talking strategy on how to grow our movement for a fighting, democratic union!

We’ll have educational workshops on topics such as:
How to build your CREW chapter
How to organize a contract campaign in your local
Job site contract enforcement and collective action
And many more!
Registration includes food and accommodations. We’re holding the convention at a lodge built for summer camps and conferences, with 150 bunk beds in group rooms. The facility is ADA compliant and includes accessible indoor restrooms and shower facilities. Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch will all be provided.
It’ll be a hot Texas summer! The facility is air conditioned and is located a 2 minute walk from Barton Springs Pool, the crown jewel of Austin. Come prepared to hop in the 68 degree water and cool off between sessions!
To attend, you must already be a member of CREW.

Our budget is limited, so we recommend working with your local CREW chapter to self-fund to the greatest extent possible. We will do our best to help any member who needs financial assistance attend.
To register, select an option below and check out to pay. Registration cost is $100 for journey level workers, $50 for apprentices.
If you can, please give more to help cover the cost for someone else who needs it. If you’re not in either of those categories, please self-select based on what you can afford. As a general guideline, a wage of $28/hr or above would fall into the journey level category.
