The Assault on Pensions - and How to Fight Back

Join us online on Monday, July 10, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Eastern (6 to 7:30 p.m. Central; 5 to 6:30 p.m. Mountain; 4 - 5:30 p.m. Pacific) for a workshop on The Assault on Pensions and How to Fight Back.

This is a 90-minute workshop, led by Matthew Cunningham-Cook, going over the recent history of attacks on public sector pensions, key terms and definitions of a complex subject, and examples of workers successfully beating back the employers' push to take away their hard-won benefits.

Through this interactive workshop, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of what it means to fight for their pension and action plans for organizing co-workers to defend their retirement.
